Shipping Info

  • Processing times is 3-5 business days
    • Orders are NOT processed on weekends or holidays
  • Shipping time will take an additional 3-10 business days for U.S. orders. International orders will depend on shipping carrier. 
  • Due to this business being run by one person, you might experience some delays in your order being processed. Please be patient with me while I get your orders out as soon as possible. Mahalo for your understanding!
  • Please do not email us about the status if your order if it is still within the processing and shipping time frame. 
  • if your order tracking says “Delivered” and you still have not received your order. Please contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim will need to be filed as soon as possible.

  • If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
